We offer three ways for you to have the computer looked at. Simply choose the one that is more convenient for you:

  1: CALLOUT

Xtreme Technology offers a call-out service for computer support to make it easier and more convenient for you. Whether it is at home or in your small business, Xtreme Technology diagnosis and cure can solve most computer problems onsite, usually within the hour. Our prices are the most competitive in the field at only £25 for the first hour plus £10 for every half hour thereafter.

Unlike most companies, we don't charge a Call Out Fee. All we charge is a fair low fee to cover our car expenses and that is only 35p per Mile Return (No charge in Bognor area). If we can't fix it, then you don't pay a penny. Click here to see what the distance is between our post code and yours.

  2: BRING THE COMPUTER TO OUR WORKSHOP

Simply bring your system to our workshop and we will diagnose it FREE of charge and will get back to you within 24-48 hours to let you know how much (exactly) the repair is going to cost. Most repairs cost only £49 inc. VAT. If you you decide you don't want to repair the computer, simply collect it and don't pay anything!

Our prices are so reasonable that 99% of our customers always give us the go ahead to carry out the repair.

  3: Collect & Return

This is how this option works:

1. You call us free on 08000 198 398
2. We come to you and take the system away
3. We will call you back normally within 24 hours to let you know how much the repair is going to cost.

4. You give us the go ahead and we will let you know when delivery will take place (normally the same or next day)

5. We will deliver the computer to you and only leave when you are happy with the work done.

Most repairs cost only £49 plus Mileage. (We do not charge Mileage fee in Bognor area)
